Raffy is Head of Project Management. He turns a signed scope into a plan the team can deliver and keeps it honest as the work moves: priorities, timelines and risks.
For most clients he is the day-to-day contact: regular updates, demos and the decisions that need the client's input, from the first sprint to long-running maintenance.
He also writes practical guides to Amazon's Selling Partner API, with video tutorials for teams that are just starting out.
