DL-FOR-01 · For sellers

Custom software for marketplace sellers

Software that fits how you sell, on every channel: order routing, repricing, inventory sync and reporting across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Allegro, Mercado Libre, Shopify and your own store. Once built, it's yours.

Where selling on several channels gets expensive

  1. 1.

A separate tool, login and subscription for every marketplace and store.

  2. 2.

Stock and prices drifting apart between channels.

  3. 3.

Manual, click-heavy work in orders, pricing and disputes.

  4. 4.

Integrations that break quietly when a marketplace changes its API.

Orders, listings and reports from the marketplaces and the seller's own store reach the seller's own tools through each channel's API, with ad data alongside; the tools update the ERP or 3PL, Sheets or BI and send alerts, replacing manual report exports.SALES CHANNELSauthorisedorders / adsCSV downloadsMARKETPLACESAmazon / Walmart / eBaySTORE AND ADSShopify / ad APIsCHANNEL APISOrders / listings / reportsYOUR TOOLSRepricer / sync / reportsERP / 3PLOrders / stockSHEETS / BIReportingALERTSEmail / dashboardMANUAL EXPORTSToday

What the engagement covers.

  1. 01

    Audit: know what you run

Map your channels, tools, scripts and API access before spending on new software.

  2. 02

    Stabilize: fix what breaks

Repair integrations that fail quietly, move legacy code such as Amazon MWS to current APIs and cut API costs.

  3. 03

    Build: tools you own

Order routing, repricers, inventory sync and reporting across marketplaces and your store, or on DataDoe for Amazon data.

  4. 04

    Secure: protect accounts and data

Access control and customer-data handling that meet each marketplace's policies.

How it runs.

  1. P01

    Discovery

A call about your business, its bottlenecks and what the tool must do.

  2. P02

    Estimate

Scope, timeline and cost in writing.

  3. P03

    Develop

Iterative build and testing, with updates at every step.

  4. P04

    Maintain

Fixes, new features and support as the marketplaces change.

What you get.

Questions engineers ask us.

Q01Should I use DataDoe or a custom tool?

If you want your Seller Central, Vendor Central and Ads data joined and ready for AI agents, DataDoe, a Deltologic product, does that out of the box. A custom tool makes sense when your process, rules or integrations are specific to you, and it can be built on top of DataDoe.

Q02Who owns the software after you build it?

You do. Once the project is delivered, you legally own everything needed to run, maintain or extend it: source code, scripts, project files and executables.

Q03How do you price a project?

We give a transparent estimate based on our hourly rate, with scope, timeline and cost set out before work starts. You can pay in monthly instalments; larger projects usually start with a down payment.

Q04We have an idea but not the full feature list. Can you help define it?

Yes. We run workshops of 16 to 80 hours to work through the functionality with you and design the concept before anything is built.

Q05Our project is not about marketplaces or e-commerce. Can you still help?

Yes. Marketplace commerce is our specialisation, but we also build for logistics, agriculture, automotive and other industries.
