DL-FOR-05 · For vendors

Software for vendors selling to Amazon and other retailers

Brands that sell wholesale to retailers run on purchase orders, shipments and retailer reports, from Amazon Vendor Central to other retailer portals, often over EDI. We connect them to your ERP, warehouse and BI, so the wholesale side stops living in spreadsheets.

Where retail wholesale slows a vendor down

  1. 1.

Purchase orders confirmed and tracked by hand, one retailer portal at a time.

  2. 2.

Sales, inventory and forecast reports downloaded one by one.

  3. 3.

Deductions and chargebacks reconciled against invoices in spreadsheets.

  4. 4.

Moving brands between wholesale and marketplace selling without a clear picture.

Purchase orders and reports from Amazon Vendor Central and other retailer portals reach the vendor's tools through the SP-API vendor endpoints or EDI, with ad data alongside; the tools confirm orders in the ERP and feed BI and alerts.RETAILERSLWA-authorisedcampaign dataVENDOR CENTRALPOs / shipmentsRETAILER PORTALSPOs / reports / EDIRETAIL MEDIAAds APIsAPIS / EDISP-API vendor / EDIYOUR TOOLSPO sync / reportingERP / WMSOrders / stockBI / WAREHOUSEReportingALERTSEmail / dashboard

Questions engineers ask us.

Q01Do you work with both 1P and 3P?

Yes. We build on the vendor and seller sides of the SP-API and on the Amazon Ads API, so 1P and 3P data can sit in the same tools when a brand runs both.

Q02Should I use DataDoe or a custom tool?

If you want your Seller Central, Vendor Central and Ads data joined and ready for AI agents, DataDoe, a Deltologic product, does that out of the box. A custom tool makes sense when your process, rules or integrations are specific to you, and it can be built on top of DataDoe.

Q03Who owns the software after you build it?

You do. Once the project is delivered, you legally own everything needed to run, maintain or extend it: source code, scripts, project files and executables.

Q04How do you price a project?

We give a transparent estimate based on our hourly rate, with scope, timeline and cost set out before work starts. You can pay in monthly instalments; larger projects usually start with a down payment.

Q05We have an idea but not the full feature list. Can you help define it?

Yes. We run workshops of 16 to 80 hours to work through the functionality with you and design the concept before anything is built.

Q06Our project is not about marketplaces or e-commerce. Can you still help?

Yes. Marketplace commerce is our specialisation, but we also build for logistics, agriculture, automotive and other industries.
