Challenge

  • Orders arrived across more than a dozen Seller Central accounts.
  • Buyer personalisation had to become print-ready files at scale.
  • Shipping labels had to be bought without eating the order's margin.
02

Environment

  • More than a dozen Seller Central accounts.
  • Many product types, from custom text to vehicle and window decals.
  • Vinyl cut from shared sheet layouts on plotters.
03

Intervention

  • Order sync from every account through private SP-API apps and notifications.
  • Per-product processors turning Amazon Custom data into 300 DPI print files.
  • Bin-packing many orders onto vinyl sheets, with previews and manual override.
  • Label buying every 15 minutes with carrier rules and profitability guards.
04

Outcome

  • Custom orders go from Amazon to print-ready file automatically.
  • Orders of one product type print together in bulk layouts.
  • Labels are bought only when shipping cost fits the order.
